Hi! My name is Camryn Wiens, and I am a sophomore at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. I am studying animal science with a focus in companion animals. I am also minoring in business management. When I graduate from school, I want to open a dog boarding and training facility somewhere in Nebraska.
My name is Michael Ferguson. I am a junior studying Agriculture and Environmental Science Communications here in Lincoln. After graduating from college I would like to return back to my hometown to be an agricultural producer.
We will be live tweeting Sunday with a Scientist at Morrill Hall on the University of Nebraska – Lincoln campus. Dr. Joshua Herr will be the featured scientist on September 17th. Dr. Herr works at the state’s Center for Root and Rhizobiome Innovation. Visitors will learn about plant roots, soil, and microbes.
