Batty for Bats

A feature story about Aditi Jayarajan and her work with  bats.

Aditi Jayarajan is a doctoral student in the Department of Biology at the University of Florida where she also conducts research on bats in the Florida Museum of Natural History’s bat collection. She conducts research through field work in Caribbean countries and uses the fossil data, ancient DNA, physical forms, and genetics of bat populations to track how their populations are evolving over time. Steven Drury and Suzy Rodriguez, students at the University of Florida, spent time getting to know Jayarajan and her work with bats to develop a photo essay story so you can learn all about her work and bats too!
