A feature story about Dr. Siroj Pokharel and his work to make our food supply safe.
Dr. Siroj Pokharel is a faculty member in the Animal Science Department at CalPoly. Dr. Pokharel focuses his work in food borne pathogens in meat-related products. More specifically, Dr. Pokharel is currently conducting research on the migration of pathogens from one place to another during different seasons of the year. Camille Silvera and Dillon Machado, CalPoly Students spent time getting to know Dr. Pokharel to share his work through a photo essay.
