This is the first story in a series of photo essays about UF/IFAS Extension and the impactful work Extension agents and specialist contribute to communities and the state of Florida.
Dr. Matt Benge is an Extension assistant professor in the Agricultural Education and Communication Department at the University of Florida. The work that Dr. Benge does focuses on developing UF/IFAS Extension agents throughout their career as an agent. Two of his main projects are the Extension Faculty Development Academy and the Leadership Short Course. The Adobe Sparkpage and photo essay below were developed by Sydney Honeycutt, an agricultural education and communication student at the University of Florida, to share more about the work Dr. Benge does.
