Sharks, Water, and Science

This is the second podcast track in the H2Know Podcast Series. These tracks were produced during the spring 2020 semester by students in the AEC 4036/5037/6932: Podcasting to Increase Science Literacy course at the University of Florida.

Sharks are a popular subject in modern culture, from famous movies to week-long celebrations. Researchers and museum scientists, like Shannon Corrigan, are exploring new ways to trace shark evolution to better understand how they thrived on our planet for millions of years, and how endangered species can be better protected.
