Welcome to the “Rooted In Leadership” podcast series! Stay tuned as we launch our episodes.
This podcast brings practical experiences to listeners from real-life leaders in agriculture, natural resources, food systems, and life sciences, including industry, Extension, and community non-profit organizations.
There is immense value in learning from experience, whether your own or someone else’s. Leadership is complex, and, as we often quip in class, “it depends and it’s context-specific”. With that in mind, we have highlighted leaders with exceptionally diverse experiences across agriculture, natural resources, food systems, and life sciences. Our guests will come to us from across the country, representing a vast array of contexts and cultures. We hope our conversations about real leadership experiences, challenges, growth, and philosophies will help you in your leadership journey!
