Exploring Dr. Jason Scheffler’s Impact on The UF Department of Animal Sciences

Dr. Jason Scheffler is a faculty member at the University of Florida’s Institue of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Department of Animal Sciences. Dr. Scheffler’s passion for food science and food safety brought him to his position at the University of Florida, where he is able to teach, conduct extension work, and conduct research that complements his extension work. Aubrey Pearce, a University of Florida agricultural education and communication student, developed a one-pager and photo essay about Scheffler and his work.
